BEST · Trash to Cashback · Mandaluyong Campaign

Core Framework

The single source of truth for the Mandaluyong growth push: one story, the live evidence, and the reusable modules every audience piece is cut from — plus a clear register of what the team needs to fill in.

The one story

Everyone tells the same story — only the emphasis changes. This is the spine.

Mandaluyong doesn't need to discover BEST — it needs to meet us. We already collect, reward, and audit recyclables at city scale (proven in Quezon City). So the plan is simple: be seen in every barangay, change how people see waste — from throwaway to value — and turn that living, behavior-changed community into the audited diversion that sponsors, LGUs, and EPR-obliged brands pay for. Community first — funding follows.

Proof library

The reusable evidence blocks. Any deliverable pulls the proof its audience trusts — drop in real photos & peso figures from the team as they arrive.

Our EPR programs change behavior — they don't just collect packaging. Running Tapon to Ipon for Coca-Cola or SariCycle for Ajinomoto, recovering the brand's own packaging is only the compliance floor. The real work is evolving a community: educating households and micro-retailers to see value in all their waste, and changing everyday behavior so segregation and recovery become a habit. The brand hits its RA 11898 target — but the durable product is a community that keeps diverting, across every material, long after the campaign ends. Deeper impact for the brand, real income and dignity for the community, and sustainable (not one-off) diversion for compliance.
