Twelve questions, and what happens if nobody answers
These are the only things still undecided about the Mandaluyong ground programme. Every one has a default already written next to it. If an answer does not come back, the default is what gets built — so silence is a decision too, just not yours.
How to answer. Open the Team Inputs table in the campaign base and fill the Answer column beside the question. Nothing else is needed — no form, no reply-all. The command centre reads that column live, and the count of unanswered questions is visible to everyone on the team.
Why this page exists. Cycle 1 sent one team-input form. It never came back, and twenty-six days produced no field activity. This time nothing waits on an answer — but everyone can see what was decided by default.
People
These block the most — the programme is sized to whoever actually walks into a hall.
Question 01
Who are the named field team members, and how many days a week does each give Mandaluyong?
Everything downstream is sized to this. Eight Saturdays multiplied by the number of team pairs is the hard ceiling on how many barangays can be activated.
Default if unanswered1 pair, 2 weekdays + Saturdays.
Answer:
Question 02
Who signs the Barangay Commitment on BEST’s side?
The commitment is a two-signature page. A captain will not sign opposite a blank.
Default if unansweredJVPM.
Answer:
The city track
One endorsement letter opens 27 doors; without it every hall visit starts cold.
Question 03
Do we have an existing named contact at Mandaluyong City Hall, ENRO, or the SWM Office — a person, not a department?
A named contact turns a two-week cold approach into a single call.
Default if unansweredAssume cold; approach through the SWM Office.
Answer:
Question 04
Can our head office at 614 M. Lerma St. serve as a permanent collection door and the cluster base?
It sits inside Brgy. New Zañiga, which already holds 473 of our warriors. It would be door number six and the strongest IEC line we have: our office is in your barangay.
Default if unansweredYes — treat it as door #6 and the C1 base.
Answer:
Logistics — the Saturday ceiling
Every Sabado Linis in all 27 barangays happens on the same morning, and the cycle contains exactly eight Saturdays.
Question 05
How many weighing scales, tarpaulins and IEC kits can we field at the same time?
Two tables on one Saturday is double the coverage of one. This is the cheapest lever we have.
Default if unanswered2 sets.
Answer:
Question 06
What is our Saturday hauling capacity in Mandaluyong — trucks and crew?
A weighing table with nowhere to send the material stops being a service and becomes a pile in the barangay hall.
Default if unanswered1 truck, 2 barangays per Saturday.
Answer:
Question 07
Can a barangay champion be trusted to weigh and log without us present?
This is the only route past eight Saturdays. If the answer is no, the ceiling on activated barangays is roughly ten and no plan changes it.
Default if unansweredYes, from week 5, after one supervised run.
Answer:
Money
Small numbers, but they decide whether a barangay gets a prize pool or a promise.
Question 08
What is the prize pool per cluster for the Basuraffle or Eco-Challenge?
The AutoIndustriya campaign reconciled its pool to exactly ₱5,000. Six clusters at that rate is ₱30,000 for the whole cycle.
Default if unanswered₱5,000 per cluster, ₱30,000 total.
Answer:
Question 09
What is the budget for printing, kits and transport across the 60 days?
If it is zero we design everything to print in-house on ordinary paper, which is a real constraint on what the field team can hand over.
Default if unansweredMinimal; everything printable in-house.
Answer:
Redemption and business
Mandaluyong already redeems roughly ₱2.5M of EP a year, almost all of it earned in other cities. Closing that loop locally is the point of the cycle.
Question 10
How does a PASUYO store become an EcoSTORES Partner — who approves it, what does the store sign, and what does it get?
There are 3,284 PASUYO listings in Mandaluyong but only 11 actual partner stores, six with proven redemption. Nobody can recruit against an undefined process.
Default if unansweredDirectory /join plus /mnd-partner-signup; badge only; ₱0 either way.
Answer:
Question 11
Is the live PASUYO Fee 10% or 15% of the receipt today?
The whole EcoSTORES pitch is that redeeming EP in store means no fee at all. We cannot print a 15% saving on a sheet while the system charges 10%.
Default if unansweredPrint the live rate, never the launch rate. Leave the number blank until confirmed.
Answer:
Question 12
Do we have any existing relationship with the six cluster anchors — SM Megamall, Shangri-La, The Podium, Greenfield District, Robinsons Cybergate, Unilab, RTU or the National Center for Mental Health?
An anchor that already knows us funds its cluster’s prizes and gives it a redemption outlet, which changes every barangay conversation in that cluster.
