The 30-Day Execution Sprint

The build phase is closed. This is the operating plan: one month, on the ground, measured on the dashboard. Check tasks off as they land — progress saves on this device. Assign a name to every owner slot; an unowned task is an unfinished task. Two standing missions run through every week: make TTCB known far beyond the warm beachhead, and make every new Eco-Warrior strong — a habit, not a signup.

WEEK 1

Mobilize — unblock and aim

Everything this week costs nothing but decisions.

Team Input Form returned, filled
Office address & hours · field-team capacity (people, sessions/week) · peso figures · LGU contacts · sponsor shortlist · photos link. This gates the IEC toolkit, LGU proposal & honest targets.
Book the first 2 barangay IEC sessions
Addition Hills & Highway Hills via barangay captains — dates inside Week 2. Venue: barangay hall / covered court.
Send the reactivation pilot to the 616 Mandaluyong lapsed
Corrected message: "You've earned with Trash to Cashback before — start earning again." (Small-balance holders get the claim variant.) SMS batch, track returns on the dashboard.
Request the LGU meeting
City ENRO / mayor's office. Agenda: the QC model as Mandaluyong's RA 9003 solution. Bring the deck + live dashboard.
Name the sponsor shortlist (5 brands)
Existing partners first (Coca-Cola, Ajinomoto, Otsuka, Shell) + one new obliged enterprise facing the 2026 60% target.
WEEK 2

Launch — be seen, register, collect

Run IEC sessions #1 and #2 with on-the-spot registration
The message: may halaga ang basura ninyo, at may opisina kami dito sa Mandaluyong. Log attendance + sign-ups per session.
Stand up pop-up node #1 (doors open: 5 → 6)
Pop-up or micro-retailer node in Addition Hills, scheduled weekly slot. Use the Program Builder to mint the barangay's own program page.
Turn on the awareness engine — reach the cold audience
For people who have never heard of TTCB: media-engine content wave (3 Mandaluyong-tagged posts/week on socials), tarpaulins at all 8 points + the office, and one visibility spot each at the palengke, parish, and TODA terminal. Organic first — paid boosts only after the funnel proves itself.
Launch the "First 3 Visits" journey for every new warrior
Strong warriors, not just signups: welcome SMS on registration → nudge to a first drop-off within 7 days → bonus EP on the 2nd visit → 5kg milestone badge. A registered member who never returns is a lost warrior.
Deliver the LGU proposal in the booked meeting
QC proof (67 points · 7,786 warriors · 2.78M EP) + RA 9003 framing. Ask: barangay access + MOA discussion.
Send the sponsor pitch to the shortlist
Eco Marathon CSR/EPR one-pager: behavior change + audited RTK diversion + Mandaluyong flagship. Goal: 1 meeting booked.
WEEK 3

Rhythm — repeat what worked

IEC sessions #3 and #4 (next barangays)
Pick by density + captain warmth. Same log discipline: attendance, sign-ups, kg on the day.
Pop-up nodes #2 and #3 live
Target: 5 → 8 doors open in the city by Day 30.
Hold the first sponsor meeting
Walk them through the live dashboard — the 98% redemption proof is the pitch.
Sign 5 new redemption partners near the collection points
Mandaluyong already redeems: TTCB Mart Mandaluyong has taken ₱1.9M in redemptions from Eco-Warriors’ cards alone, and 62 bXtra outlets are registered city-wide — but beyond the Mart, actives cluster at malls, not in the barangays where warriors earn. Recruit 5 walking-distance partners (carinderia, sari-sari, bakery) around M Lerma & the new pop-ups: they gain foot traffic, warriors redeem where they live. Close the earn→redeem loop at street level.
Launch the kapitbahay referral
Every warrior brings a neighbor: both earn bonus EP on the newcomer's first drop-off. Printed referral cards at every point — warm members become the cold-audience salesforce.
Name the first 6 Barangay Eco-Warrior Champions
One per IEC barangay — recognized on stage, champion badge, keeps the drum beating between sessions. The human backbone that makes new warriors stay strong.
Scope the first Junior Eco-Warriors school
One school near M Lerma or Addition Hills; principal meeting + launch date inside Days 31–45.
WEEK 4

Prove — measure, submit, decide

IEC sessions #5 and #6
Six sessions total for the month — the funnel's top is now real.
Submit 1 EPR proposal to an obliged enterprise
Audited diversion + behavior-change story; Mandaluyong as flagship catchment.
Day-30 review against the scoreboard below
Read the numbers off the live dashboard with the team. Decide: scale, fix, or kill each play. Set the next 30 days.
